I directed a live, improvisational performance about relationships, generational wealth and being called a bitch. This performance was created specifically for the Chicago Home Theatre Festival. Curated by Lakeisha Leek at the home of Faheem Majeed and LaShana Jackson. The date of this performance was May 14, 2016.

Taken from the book “The Heart of Chicago’s South Shore: A Neighborhood Coming Full Circle, I titled this performance “ Kay McGoorty Selfridge Aquinas High School 1953 “. The title has nothing to do with the performance, I just liked the way it sounded and wanted a title associated with SouthShore.
