Stephtalksproper: Journey Of A Rap Star *New Exhibition*

I’ve been in the studio working on a rap career as a way to have fun with my work. I've also been thinking about social media, popularity and quite frankly what its like to be someone who just wants be in the music business without a background at all in music, it just seems like the right thing to do if you want to…. you know be known for something. So pushing my art practice, I created this rap persona, stephtalksproper and I’m displaying work from my journey to rap stardom at boundary, an alternative project space in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago. The exhibition is also apart of the Beverly Art Walk. Double Cool. The opening is tomorrow September 29th from 5:30pm-9:00pm so I would love to see you!
